Frage wäre dann ja wer hat Recht ? Ich hab da keine Ahnung !:frage:
Wenn ich wüsste ich bin im Recht dann sch.... ich dem Anwalt auf den Tisch,
der könnte mir soviele Abmahnungen schicken und Rechnungen wie er will.
Wenn ich wüsste ich bin im Unrecht, kann ich mit der Art und Weise des Anwalts
mehr als zufrieden sein.

Gilt nich die freie Meinungsäußerung ? kein Anwalt hier ? :knueppel:

Tja sagen wir mal so: Recht haben und Recht kriegen ist nicht unbedingt miteinander verknüpft - insofern kann oft auch ein Anwalt nicht sagen Du hast total Recht.
Wer am Ende Recht hat, das zeigt sich meist erst vor Gericht, daher sollte man immer eine gewisse Vorsicht walten lassen, bevor man die Faust auf den Tisch knallt.

achtung:

wie heisst es so schön:

vor gericht und auf hoher see bist du immer in gottes hand...

manchmal ist eine elegante lösung (wie zb hier) durchaus auch erstrebenswert und sinnvoll....

seien wir froh, dass unsere verantwortlichen besonnen agiert haben, jeder konnte das verfolgen und aus nahezu allen beiträgen viel honig saugen.

deshalb danke - bei sylwe beginnend bis zum letzten beitrag - allen, die uns wieder ein stück weiter gebracht haben!

Heute kam die versprochene neue Kompressor und einen neuen Filtertrockner.
Es war nur so, dass kompresorn als mangelhaft I-geschickt wieder war.
wieder auf Platz eins.

so das letzte Wort ist noch nicht gesprochen

wenn ich Deine Postings so lese, bleibt eigentlich nur ein Gedanke: Du nutzt eine Übersetzer-Programm - Richtig ?

In Schweden ist doch die zweite Muttersprache Englisch - Wäre es für Dich einfacher in Englisch zu schreiben ? - ...hier sprechen doch auch die Meisten Englisch.

Warum frage ich ? Dein Übersetzer-Programm macht teilweise aus den Sätzen unverständlichen Kram, den man selbst nach dreimaligem Lesen nicht versteht - Schade eigentlich.

Nimm es nicht als persönliche Beleidigung, sondern als nett gemeinte Anregung.
